Service Description
During this slow and calming session, we will cultivate mindfulness and deep stretching with postures primarily performed on the floor that support healthy connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, and joints) and muscles. This practice uses longer holds - each pose is usually held for 2 to 5 minutes. Different types of breath work and guided meditations are also included as part of the yin yoga experience. This class is very accessible and can be positively impactful for anyone and everyone, including first time yogis, athletes and people of all ages.
